Your Conference Experience at Chateau Mcely
“Chateau Mcely is an unique and admirable piece of art which remains in our memory as a place full of inspiration, serenity and unity with nature.“
WRITTEN IN THE CHATEAU MCELY GUEST BOOK.
Using the natural aesthetics that surround the chateau, and a keen eye for warm interior decor, our goal is to help participants reach the optimal state of relaxation and creativity required to absorb new information and resolve important challenges. Our approach is to create an environment that balances body (healthy tasty cuisine, access to nature, exercise, team challenges, therapeutic sauna & massage), mind (lectures, discussion and debate at the nexus of science, technology and business), and spirit (yoga, meditation, Wisdom of the Ages).
„Significant problems cannot be solved at the same level of thinking with which we created them.”
- Albert Einstein
Meeting Rooms
Our spaces have been thoughtfully designed and equipped to provide every technological comfort, but also to create a pleasant and stimulating environment for participants. For example, all of our meeting rooms have large windows and beautiful views of the English Park. We have abandoned classical screen projection in favor of large flat screen monitors. This allows guests to absorb the stimulating energy and beauty of the surrounding countryside, and to have a real sense of being in the park during presentations and discussions.
Chateau Mcely has four reception rooms, which are suitable for organising company training, smaller conferences, ‘away-days’, team building, or stress management seminars. Two rooms on the ground floor - the Tea and Theatre Halls - are interconnected; the Gold room is on the first floor, the Floor of the World. Their fixtures and fittings are completely flexible and allow rearrangement as shown in the tables below. The main chateau hallway adjoins these rooms, and can be used for breaks or cocktails. During the warm weather seasons, the south parterre of the chateau is available for presentations, games or breaks. It is covered by a broad-band, wi-fi internet signal, as is the lawn in the adjoining English Park. The Library on the fourth floor of the tower provides space for meetings with up to 10 people. From the Library, which features our collection of antique alchemical instruments, you can enter our rooftop terrace and observatory, and view heavenly bodies through a computerized telescope.
