Indoors
Apart from eating, drinking and sleeping, what else can we offer indoors? How about:
Reading. We have an extensive library in the Studiolo and at other locations around the chateau, in a variety of languages. We are also collectors of rare, notably scientific, books. You can spend hours pouring through some of this fascinating material.
Observing. Technically not indoors but on our roof where we have a small telescope looking up to the clear night sky. We can help you find that long-lost star or constellation!
Playing games. We have a selection of board games which you are welcome to borrow to play.
Movies. Each room is equipped with a TV and DVD player. We have an interesting collection of DVDs which you are welcome to borrow.
Studying. More than just reading, here's your chance to sit in our enchanting library and learn Czech, or history, or architecture, or politics, or natural sciences or...
Surf the net. We have a PC available in the Studiolo. Landline connections in the guestrooms and public halls on the Piano Nobile and some grounds are covered by WiFi if you brought along your laptop. See more about our telecommunications.
Talk. Why not sit down at the Alchymist bar or the Salon du Thé and meet fellow guests? You know you have something in common - a love for the finer things in life!
Unwinding. A visit to our Spa for a massage or other treatment or perhaps just a sauna or jacuzzi is what you need to shake off the stress.
